Pros

The product and development teams are fast and fun. The people make and develop things collaboratively, seem to enjoy what they are doing and don't complain too much. The team is made up of mostly young people, so while occasionally lacking focus or management - they are agile and generally accomplish their goals. As with most tech companies there is a lot of pressure to succeed, metrics to be hit and people's opinions occasionally clash, but it is mostly dealt with well. The perks are good, they compensate well and the office is nice. Overall it is a very comfortable place to work.

Cons

There is a very strong willed set of management and it can be hard to argue your point effectively. The teams are still small and occasionally don't have the resources or experience that I would say is necessary. This doesn't come up that often.

Pros

Such a cool work environment. Every person I interacted with from headquarters is someone I would love to know for the rest of my life. Super easy to communicate with, work with, and learn from. If I had questions about anything they were only a text, call or HouseParty chat away!

Cons

There are none that I can think of!
