No PF No incentives They can terminate you without prior notice but you cannot be relieved early if there’s an emergency They hire everyone as an intern - even people with 5+ years of experience HR don’t last more than a couple of months because of ill behaviour and weird company policies Hire and fire is their slogan The policies made in the offer letter are solely in favour of the company, and since you are being hired as an intern you can only do as much No respect towards new employees, if there ever is a disagreement, the CEO will favour old employees Immature and unprofessional CEO Egoistic seniors - keep people as baits
