Pros

Great colleagues. Gym is not bad. Good salary and benefits

Cons

The Groups in HDB loves playing the blame game and the IT group always gets the brunt of it. Management does not protect. Style of management in ISG is bossy. No true leadership. Technologies used are ancient. Newer courses are being given to selective people. Management acts as if embracing changes but fear going to do the changes. Its a sinking ship
