The currently manager is supper micromanaging every one must be in clear view or view able from Camera. Your must "contribute " every if you want a raise or must be a super perfect employee to get 2% raise

Short commute, christmas party, some people are friendly, I need 7 more words to complete this review.

Cons

Very misleading job description (they say 40lb. Max lifting, reality is 65-80lbs), no help from coworkers in your dept. Not enough tools to do your job, sometimes waiting hours to get the electric forklift, too many people tested positive for covid, ask you to come in on your vacation time, hot, noisy, shipments from the Mexico plant get there late, with smashed boxes. More turnover than anywhere I've worked before, low pay.

- Yearly Company picnic - Coworkers were mostly nice and helpful - Benefits were OK - Clean Workplace - Manufacturing facility is great -

Cons

- Management was less than mediocre - Pay is way below market - Management/Employee turnover is huge - Very Disrespectful - Management yells at employees in front of everyone - Salary employees are expected to work 10+ hours or face repercussion.
