Pros
As anyone can imagine, being a substitute teacher can be a challenging job anywhere at any grade level, but the administration, faculty, and staff at every school (and I've subbed at almost all of them!) are fantastic and johnny-on-the-spot when it comes to support--and effective support at that. And I've never felt as appreciated at ANY job as I do here. You can make your own work schedule through the Mobile App and online access to the Frontline management site.
Cons
Like any job, you have your good days and bad days, but some days it can be incredibly stressful. But hopefully you know that already.
