      Pros

      I have been with DRDA for a little over three years and have seen many great changes. The work-life balance is fair considering that we are in the accounting business. My personal teammates and managers are well rounded and communicate well even when the workloads are high.

      Cons

      Overtime is consistent during the big tax seasons. Clients can be difficult to work with. Culture is changing for the better but change is hard for some people to accept.

      The people here are so friendly and helpful. Management truly cares about you and advancing your career. They listen and take action when you have ideas or opinions. They compensate you generously and have many events to show appreciation for the employees.
