Not many come to mind - other than colleagues were nice

Cons

The CEO has never worked anywhere else (thus lacking perspective); Stuck in the past; Unwilling to truly innovate; Only paying lip service to wanting to evolve. Everyone has to work around things to get things done. Hyper micro-management (then manager claim to not be micro-managing, so there is that whole irony thing).

Run away!! Company is outdated, mis-managed and turnover is high.

They paid me money in exchange for my labor Mostly pleasent people working there.

Cons

Technology is outdated and the team is understaffed. Benefits are lousy. Company is stuck in 2005. All their processes are archaic and will only serve to harm the business.
