Pros
The company is a under the University of Houston, so you get good benefits as a State of Texas employee.
Cons
High turnover rate. Leadership is very deceptive with the employees, they do not promote from within. You will be doing the job of 2-3 people and will be underpaid. Leadership doesn't care about the employees. Not a good work/life balance. Also, there is a huge problem with nepotism that the University of Houston is unaware of or just chooses to ignore.
