The top management not even listen to your voice. All efforts are not enough even you delivered good results. Too good in giving show cause letter or even firing people.

Fresh graduates get hired easily. Get paid by putting on a good show "acting" just say "yes" to everything and you will be fine. They never fire you. Good for people who wants a stable job without putting in much effort at work.

Cons

Very messy and confusing management team. Strong and active politics. A lot of compromising in order to fulfill order and shipment. Blame culture, someone has to be a scapegoat. Do not care about employees.

Received timely salary. If you are unemployed or desperate, this company suits you.

Cons

Worst work culture ever. Employees are always overburden with heavy workload. Senior management is not bother whether you have to stay overnight or work over the weekend. The bully rude bosses are constantly threatening their employees with show cause letter, warning letter or to fire them. You can see punishment and shouting everywhere across the board. The turnover is too high to ignore!
