Pros
Excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth. Good communication exists between the nursing staff and physicians. Great support from ancillary departments within the hospital. Great place to work.
Cons
The ER is short staffed at times making the job very stressful . Difficult to feel that you give quality care at times due to staffing issues.

Most of the RN's are great variety of patients easy commute Anyone with much experience will be very qualified here
Cons
small hospital acquired by larger Community Hospital. Leadership was poor, lied and incompetent. Was sexually harassed by second tier manager. Care is substandard. Local Docs consistently sit on very sick patients that they cannot care for rather than ship out to Indianapolis so these patients can receive the care they need. Overall I would NOT recommend going there unless you have given up on life
