Too many hours not enough operators

Low pay, overworked, made to operate outside of safety parameters both machine tolerances and over hours operating and driving. I have seen multiple operators hurt on job and the company just disregards them and fires them as soon as it is legal for them. They also forge their training records and continuously lie to their customers.
