Pros

Not too many cons honestly

Cons

They say they are a family business and they care for their employees. If you are starting they give you a 1-2 week training and you have 90 days to perform and they say they are always there to help you blah blah but it is not true, they don't even ask you about your cxs, why you feel you are not selling and they don't try to give you some tips based on the cxs you are having. Sell a lot in the first two weeks or you are gone.

Pros

sit and wait for customers to come in, work isn't hard, closing is the challenge.

Cons

new area manager is super egotistical, she thinks she knows everything and micromanages. She took the fun out of the job. too many reports, follow ups, makes you look like you're hounding customers to buy, almost begging them with the follow up requirements. Pathetic.

Pros

Amazing coworkers. Helpful staff. Flexible schedule (sort of). Sometimes there’s free food. You do have a chance of making up to $100k

Cons

Work every weekend which means you’ll have no social life or time with your family. Micromanaging from upper management. No 401k. Traffic is inconsistent which means your pay check will be too.
