I have really enjoyed working for Howells for the past two years. It was my first full-time role and has shown me that the corporate world isn't as daunting as it seemed. My department was like a second family and I have felt so comfortable there with my colleagues being great role models to learn from. Any mistakes I made or things I needed help with they would always help no questions asked. I find this to be the case with all departments too.
Cons
My only issue would perhaps be lack of flexibility regarding WFH - however I feel as though this was due to my role rather than the company as a whole
Easy to get foot in the door and gain better opportunities elsewhere
Cons
Need better systems, a business that only cares about money and do not know how to treat staff (only so much free pizza can cover up), bully atmosphere.
