      Someone must have been paid to write anything close to a positive review of this company. Definitely the Aldi of the biz

      Pros

      1. The buildings are heated. 2. The company now actually complies with state law requiring detailed pay stubs be given to employees, rather than just one indicating pay for that pay period

      Cons

      I'd have to write a book. Pay is quite low with no raises, even after years of service; managers sell out clients and staff to polish their image with the state (and enjoy nice pay for doing so) and then complain that their staff need to stop thinking about their work conditions because "its all about the clients."

      Pros

      Make my own schedule so long as it works with clients, management and CEO are very pleasant to work with, HR is helpful and they genuinely want to help people.

      Cons

      Lots of travel for this position so lots of wear and tear on your car but you do get mileage compensation and there can be cancellations from clients which can make it difficult to get hours in at times.

      Kinda upper management make your own schedule PTO

      Cons

      Low pay, not much communication, clients cancel often and you miss out on being paid those days, low mileage reimbursement rate
