Regional leadership lacks security experience, customer network, and channel network. Quotas are unrealistic 33% higher in a new market than in an existing one with market awareness. Comp plan is based off that unrealistic quota so they hardly pay commission. OTE was a pipedream, basically working for base salary to be paid sub 4% of closed revenue with no additional earning capabilities (eg equity, bonus etc).
