Everyone bar the top 1% can hardly make ends meet there. - Excessively long hours, awful work-life balance - Cold calling as an ‘introductory company’, which is actually Hoxton. Got round this by finally signing new contracts as the introductory company, but this wasn’t the case for several years. - Poor management - No career progression, new advisors have a very hard time and few do well - One FCA audit away from being closed down - The salary is awful - Some BDMs ‘allegedly’ cold call people in the UK, which is illegal - This is the same across both the Dubai and the Watford office Do not work at this company
