      Pros

      - Collaborative & fun team! - Extremely supportive boss which enables you to have a fulfilling career AND a fulfilling personal/family life - Strong internal processes and resources that help drive consistency and success, but with the freedom to be an individual and autonomous

      Cons

      - Being in client services/sales can take its emotional toll (the highs are high/the lows are low); especially when your "product" is also a human ;-) - Commission-based compensation is not for everyone; if you like/expect predictability you may need to readjust your framework

      Pros

      Hoxton Circle is a great place to work. I made the move into executive recruitment from a career in finance and would not have made the move in my career for any other company aside from Hoxton Circle. Some of the great aspects of this company are the people, work that we do, team dynamics, company/collaborative culture, and is a true meritocracy .

      Cons

      Hard to think of one, aside from no company sponsored 401k.
