The company has a really nice office and really great and intelligent people. Interns across departments are very nice and we always went out for lunch

The company doesn't have enough training supports for new employees so that it was hard to get around at the beginning

Cons

Still restructuring, some departs are great but others are not, no clear training system, salary won't change unless you got promotion, higher payment for new comer but not for old boarders
