Terrible executive team, all the good people are gone and left with an incompetent shell. They ended up hiring managers with the wrong culture fit who constantly brainwash us about 5 stars customer service, but does not care when it comes to staff wellbeing. Managers doesn't know how to do the actual work, and get paid a few times more than people who actually do the work. They lie front of your face like you are an idiot.

- A complete erosion of culture by the new P+C team - Awful salary. Not paid fairly on a market level. Significant pay disparity between staff members doing exact same role - Workload increase with no recognition - Benefits taken away for no good reason - Loyalty not something recognised. They will happily throw you under the bus - Obscene salaries for the executive team. Capitalist corporate culture at its finest here. Seriously, disgustingly bloated salaries - Always saying "there is no budget" but will happily spend money on the dumbest things (exec salaries) - Zero room for growth within the company. They do their best to hold you down and pay you the least amount as possible. - They try to sell a "5 star experience" to members but treat their staff like a Budget motel.
