Management is not stable it seems there is not a common goal between them. They will run their workers into the ground and even when someone has reached their limit (pulling multiple all nighters a couple of times a month to meet deadlines) they are still told more is needed of them with out management working out a better plan of action. With teammates being over worked generally the vibe of the daily is grouchy and backstabbing.

No loyalty to employees who were laid off during the pandemic, i.e. older employees. Now they want younger, cheaper, but not necessarily better. Things changed once they were bought out.
