Great Culture, Fun People, Good interesting and different work, room to grow as an employee, smaller company, work on many different clients
Cons
Clients tend to be lesser known and not the most exciting to work on. can be fast paced so be ware if that is not your thing

awesome people, beautiful office, inviting culture, great CEO and exec team, small office so you will have your hand in many pots, opportunities to learn
Cons
location of office is a bit removed from public transit, smaller teams aren't for everyone, open layout can be a bit loud sometimes
