Pros
I've been a developer at HubStor for over a year now, and I can say that it is the best company I've worked with in my 20+ years of experience. I encountered two major family issues since starting and the management here has been incredibly supportive, compassionate and generous, especially given my short tenure at the company.
As a developer... it's been a pleasure to develop new features as the codebase is clean and tidy, without a lot of technical debt, and there is a fair bit of leeway for new design ideas.
Cons
HubStor is 100% remote. While I like this, I do sometimes miss the in-person office environment.
