Flexible work from home policy, flexible PTO, benefits, tuition reimbursement.

Cons

The pay is a lot lower than other companies in the area. They take advantage of your time, giving you other peoples responsibilities when they leave without a pay bump and continue to say “do more.” They’ll work you to the bone. Forget about a work life balance. The marketing director is also very disorganized and doesn’t care about his department. He doesn’t fit the company culture and wants no one to work from home or celebrate the holiday parties or team building activities. He also doesn’t care about burnt-out employees and will do nothing when you ask for help. They also promise promotions but never give them.
