      Pros

      They give you leads, but they’re awful and not at all what they explain it to be. They also ask their current employees to write Glassdoor reviews to make their rating and descriptions better.

      Cons

      One of the biggest mistakes anyone can make when starting off their Real Estate career is working at this company. Extremely unprofessional to the point that I honestly believe they have done many illegal things. Their managing broker is out of her mind. The owners are nice at times but are interested in other things, not Real Estate. They show favoritism, and their business ethics are SCARY.

      super unprofessional environment, leads are usually not good or qualified, the leaders act like children, only focused on looking good and getting investments but not actually working or helping their agents. commission was way lower than industry average. felt like a scam

      clients are premium contacts access to luxury buildings networking with agents in the industry

      Cons

      the commission split is laughable: 70% for agency / 30% for you Lots of turnover new agents every week and more leaving unhappy set up like a pyramid scheme, the owners take large majority lack of communication and agreement on simple rules Owners are trying to accomplish "Selling Sunset" in Chicago but no one has heard of them in the city. they pick favorite agents and take their side no matter what In training they ask you to fill out a contacts sheet that is in the shape of a triangle and to call everyone in your phone book Their leads platform is useful but you but they charge you a premium for access to their leads
