Pros
Great company to work for. They're investing in their digital capabilities, and are growing, even through the pandemic. There are many long-time employees that seem to really like working there. Far from NYC corporate culture, ive been here for a year now and really like it.
Cons
I think I'd find more money in NYC for what i do, but my commute is so much better and i'm closer to home so it's a fair enough trade off.
