Hudson's Bay reviews about "manager"

I started working there when i was in high school, i received little to no training on the cash systems, or how to sign people up for credit cards/rewards. Which are 2 things they push onto their customers despite how high the interest rate is and how many problems customers have had with their cards. I had 2-3 incidents where i was screamed at by male customers, in situations where i was following company rules, and was only lectured by management and received no support or help.

Very Less hours. Lots of pressure from management to open Neo credit cards.

Needs to know different sections

Some staffs can be ignorant sometimes.

Managers always want neo’s all the time

Baised and depends on the manager totally..Senior management is bad

Long shifts and less benefits
