      A place with lovely people to work with. Good kids

      Cons

      The downside is that management is very poor, the principal position changes constantly, and the current coordinators don't do much. Very low salary

      Teachers and families are very nice here and you can make many friends that worth to be lifelong friends

      no consistency, Head of School always change and the school value and teaching philosophy always change

      Pros

      Great colleagues! Teachers are diverse, helpful, and excellent. Parents are generally OK. Nice facility in NY (not so nice in NJ). Good immersion program and students are bi-lingual at high levels.

      Cons

      Constant changing of directors, administrators, and direction. The school goes from progressive to conservative every couple of years. The school does not match the website. Salaries are low and teachers are expected to respond to email/text at all hours and do many jobs plus teaching.
