      Great organization with a dark side

      Cutting-Edge Facilities, Mission-Driven Organization, Great reputation.

      Cons

      Lack of Vision and Leadership within some departments,Limited Engagement from Leadership, Nepotism in Leadership Selection, Discriminatory Practices go unaddressed to preserve the status quo, Female employees are undervalued and marginalized within the organization, with complaints often met with negative consequences instead of resolution.

      Pros

      The vision is great and there are many great people.

      Cons

      Certain groups are very arrogant and insular. Some of the scientists and faculty are very aloof and arrogant. Bullying is allowed if management thinks the person is bringing in a lot of/enough money. HR and financial issues are swept under the rug. There isn't much in the way of a career path for advancement.

      Not a good culture in many teams. Lack of a clear vision. Bullying is not dealt with. Some leaders are really bad.
