      Working at HudsonAlpha has been a very positive experience. The work culture is supportive, collaborative, and engaging. There are many opportunities to learn and grow, such as seminars and leadership programs.

      I do wish I were paid more.

      Pros

      This is a great place to work and is very family friendly. The people are typically respectful of one another and have fun working together. It is a typical academic department environment in the labs with fntastic scientists.

      Cons

      Because it is a typical academic department environment in the labs, it can be the wild west at times (both a pro and a con really) and can be sink or swim (again, very typical of many science departments).
