      Pros

      They pay you. Good CEO, open and supportive. There is a handful of great people who work here.

      Cons

      Benefits are too expensive. Performance reviews aren't taken seriously. The administration is out of touch with the rest of the organization (i.e. everyone hates them) Individuality isn't tolerated.
