I genuinely enjoy working at Hughes Media. I started as an Account Coordinator and have learned so much from the senior account managers and leadership team that I’ve grown into an Account Manager role. The support and mentorship here have played a big role in my professional growth. The work-from-home setup is a huge plus, and the flexibility allows for a great work-life balance. I’ve gained confidence working directly with clients and have learned a lot about the marketing industry overall. I also really enjoy the variety of clients we work with; it keeps things interesting and helps you learn a variety of industries. Another great perk is getting to see everyone in person a couple of times a year.

The company has a positive culture and a great team of people. I feel supported in my role, the workload is manageable, and the compensation is appropriate for the work. I’m happy with my experience here.
