      It's nothing less than a prison. You can't go out after midnight even in emergency you have to inform 3 different people before they let you pass the main gate. Every manager is trying to be a mini boss and specially the ones who don't even know anything about their own job they will try to teach you yours. They will frame you for every possible blunder they made as a manager and then you will have to answer no matter what. Two headed micro-managers that spits poison about their reporting authority but then they will speak ill of their team not performing in front of them.
