While there are some pros, there are a lot more cons. This environment is very toxic, so much that in some instances, it’s almost like a revolving door. You have to have a very strong stomach to put up with many of the things that I witness go on in that office. For one, don’t talk about anything that you don’t want to be broadcasted around the office, because it will be. Gossip rules this place, people will believe things that are not true more than facts. Management will often side with their friends and family that work there. For the most part, nepotism is common in the hiring process. If people don’t like you, they will try to get you to quit or get you fired, even if you do your job. They will make up things to get people out. If you are not family and just there to work, it will be rough to fit in. Some of these people will bring their family and personal drama to work with them and talk about inappropriate subjects while on the job. Some of the people that work there, not all have hygiene issues. The vans are fairly safe for the most part. However, they very seldom get cleaned and often don’t feel that the interiors are adequately maintained for the clients. Maintenance is done, but monitoring of fluids is often overlooked.

No real opportunity for advancement. Not many hours. Definitely not a job for those with no other income source.
