Pros
In my experience, I was able to maximize my skill in executive search for large corporate companies. They also included me in projects such as job analysis and job evaluation. I think I learned the interesting facets of HR, not just the admin side of it. They work with veteran HR Consultants who are really good at their work too.
Cons
They need to move to a bigger office. But right now work is in a hybrid arrangement. Just once a week in office.
