Unethical and immoral practices

Pros

Working from home was nice for a time

Cons

There are some very shady things going on in the background of this company. Left because some of the things they were doing were immoral and downright wrong, especially for a medical care company.

Shouldn't matter

Pros

If you stick it out for as long as possible, you'll move up in title and very little pay with each year.

Cons

Every negative review you read is so true and that alone is disappointing enough. -Management feels they need to write reviews to boost the feel of this place -Lots of blame and finger pointing -History of terminations/no retention or growth of staff -Set career path/ limited opportunities to grow in other areas of interest -Limited resources/competition against programs -Every day is a fire drill -Lack of funding, money spent frivolously at the taste of the CEO (rumors of cashflow problems) on egg chairs, first class flights, premium hotels, etc. instead of buying a proper project management software (everything used to be excel/word/pp based) for the staff -Using Dropbox for storage/shared files instead of moving to a shared platform/network -Old resources on the Wiki page ***There are never "problem employees" (as stated in a previous review, which is extremely rude and unprofessional to say), only problems that stem from the owners (who also do all the hiring) that ignore issues and believe firing whole teams is a better solution than figuring out the stem of an issue and working towards a solution. This company used to be called Kerdan Group, they've already tried to tear down/rebrand as a company once. Trying to recoin it as a 2.0 company is childish and laughable at this point.

Pros

Can work from home, mostly virtual. Somehow they manage to attract some incredibly bright, smart, mostly women, highly-educated and interesting people and they are great to work with. Cool idea to what they are proposing to do in theory. Some great clients and exciting products.

Cons

The leadership team is very uneven and too few (just 3 very white men) considering the growth and BD activity. The COO in particular, is very unethical and probably ripe for a lawsuit for shady dealings, HR-wise and bad management of the finances/ops. The other two men, the CEO and President try to keep their hands clean and are busy with and focused on bringing in and try to keep business, hoping and praying the COO doesn't drive the company into the ground with ineptitude and unprofessionalism. There is no HR department to speak of, they don't value employees and turnover is very high >20%, with a good dash of misogyny thrown in. The lack of accountability is some areas is appalling and its Tech/IT Team (under the COO) is a complete and sad mess and holds back the entire company. They are just all over the place and hopefully some private equity firms buys them and overhauls the leadership and operations team or the other two finally manage to get back in control of their business and fire the COO and spend the money to hire some real and effective people.
