The president of this company is improvident. The average lifespan of employees here is fewer than 2 years. When I was there, dozens upon dozens of employees were terminated without reason—most of them being there less than a year. The culture there is a fear based one. The president cares about numbers and making a name for himself instead of people and the overall mission. Extremely unhealthy culture. No concern for professional development.

The organization as a whole. I thought the goal was to save babies from Abortion but seems these people are more bark than bite. They lure women in with google ads that mislead women into thinking they are an abortion clinic. Women call and they tell them it’s not an abortion clinic or they deflect when questions are asked The director was made to verify the births or abortions of the women that came in the clinic via fb. Talk about violation of privacy. They give the clients gift cards for coming and spend and unnecessary amount on gift cards to get ladies in the door There is a fatherhood program that the organization cared nothing about , the gentleman in the position was only really ever supported by the staff and the director. But the organization could care less about dads more about women keeping their baby Staff dropped like flies over starting in June 2019. And now they have CLOSED the Tucker location. So people are out of a job. And the Donors have wasted their hard earned money giving it to these people all for them to close.
