Pros
My experience at Human Element was marked by both positive and challenging aspects. One of the most positives was the incredible people I had the pleasure of working with during my time there. The team was comprised of dedicated individuals who consistently went the extra mile to support one another in delivering results for clients. The collaborative spirit and shared commitment to achieving our goals made for a fun work environment. Furthermore, there was a clear emphasis on pushing limits to drive results, which created an atmosphere of continuous improvement and growth. This focus on realizing our full potential was motivating and fostered a culture of innovation and creativity.
Cons
There were big challenges within the organization. One notable concern was related to leadership and the lack of support from top down. Another issue was the apparent lack of trust in the team's ability to deliver work effectively. Additionally, the practice of selling projects that were beyond the skillset of the team without a clear plan for providing the necessary support or resources added to the team's challenges.
