Pros
On a positive note, there is Employer paid medical, fairly flexible schedules, friendly coworkers, and of course rewarding work. We have some amazing families working with us.
Cons
Upper management is one big clique. Mediocre salary that doesn't even begin to compensate you for the time and energy you will put into your work. Nasty attitude of management, condescending attitude towards staff. If there's a snow day, they will make you use a personal day if you want to be paid. Culture of agency feels repressive instead of supportive.
