A great place to work full of great colleagues and very impactful day-to-day

I'm a big fan of Human Inc and working here has been one of my best experiences in Malaysia. The work life balance is great and colleagues are the best part, super young like minded individuals that you can always have a good chat with.

Cons

As with any consulting job, things get extremely busy and do feel like sometimes people are seriously over worked. Human Inc provides a very small amount of leave given that (12 days) which is lower than market standard. Think having something like a mental health day or increasing the leave would help.
