You meet and work with a wide variety of clients. Great opportunity to gain field experience in Mental Health and Addictions
Cons
Not a lot of upper management support Racism is rampant Funding is not really there to give the types of support their clients need When I left, Unity Point was in the process of buying HSC out.

Focus is on what is best for client/consumer rather than what makes money. PTO is good. 19 days to start. Health insurance has been very good. Unknown as the business is reorganizing under new leadership

low pay. old technology, dingy work environment
