Decent benefits and great starting pay (especially with newly grads!) Flexible and great amount of PTO Holidays Off You meet some amazing clients and make a difference in the community

Cons

little supervision some departmental divisions little to none training *you get thrown in the deep end quick! absent management (showed up prob 1-2x week) stressful and overworked staff
