- Solid company with strong contracts - Great pay and benefits - HSI respects and appreciates their people They say their people are their best asset, and last year during the government shutdown, they put their money where their mouth was - offering non-contract work for us to do at home so that we could continue to get paid. - Their HR folks are very sincere and caring to make everything work well for their employees

Surprisingly good company, I thought it was going to be Federal Government contract head shop, but it actually has a great, diverse family culture with really accessible and open hearted management. Salary is industry leading and benefits solid. The D.C. office is also located in great part of D.C. a 10 minute walk from the new D.C. Wharf district and right next to the Mall.

Cons

(not really a con, just reality) No hand holding here, you need to come with skills intact, so probably not for somebody right out of college.
