Where Have You Been All My Life?

This is absolutely the best place I have ever worked. It's well-managed and the people I work with are great. It's nice to be somewhere--finally--where everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Cons

We have only 15 days off, which includes everything: sick time, vacation, personal time. That's a little tough when you have children, since the school year leaves you with days you have to cover.

The people here are great, so intelligent, very friendly and always willing to help. Management cares about employees, and as company grows, more and more benefits are being added.

Cons

Challenges of growth are normal, but company is dealing with this well, and looking for suggestions on improvements from the employees.
