Upper management is little to no help or is nonexistent on property. It also feels as though they consistently have a "well just figure it out" mentality.
Things have changed during COVID. This company was created by the parent Ownership / Development Group, Vision Hospitaliy Group. Since it’s unveiling in April 2021, it hasn’t made much sense in Culture, Benefits, Bonus Structure or top down communication.
