- no discipline  - no manners - no timely salary -no increment - false promises  - play with your emotions  - you will feel like you are in a general store where you will be asked to deliver so. Much of work within a very short span of time.  - no offs, have to work on weekends as well on regular basis.  - no leaves  - even if you are sick, your manager ask you to come to office as I you are his slave.  - their manager who have very few knowledge that too on outdated technologies, will play their politics such that you will regret through out the life why you joined this organization.  - talking about hr, they have one person whom they call hr but actually she speaks what the manager says. Will not respond to your queries, even if you share your issues with hr, hr will add salt pepper and will then convey the msg to the manager.  - no work culture  - no ethics  - no humanity(a big thumb down)  - no policies  - every employee in the organization is trying to leave the organization as soon as possible. 

Lack of experienced peoples. (Because Humanitics don't have reason to stay for long time.) Technical Managers.. "Please save " from their knowledge. They don't have good communication skills Or Technical skills ONLY DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE -they don't give salary on time. TOO Much FALSE promises are done by management. No respect for others. nothing stability
