Cons

Remote work setup requires good self-management and communication skills. May not be the best fit for those who prefer traditional office environments with in-person collaboration.

Very supportive work culture and seniors.

Pros

Humanity founders has been the best places ive worked at given the supportive management and the flexibility provided. The seniors are open to suggestions from younger minds and are extremely understanding and diligent and have many exciting projects.

Cons

Their is no in-office interaction with the colleagues as the work is mostly remote.

Smooth and Fair Hiring Process Through the Hackathon

The hiring process through the CuraLink hackathon was smooth, fair, and very well-organized. Every round was planned nicely, and the communication was clear and timely throughout. The Team at Humanity Founders was very supportive during the whole process, and their clarity made everything a lot easier. I really liked how structured the entire workflow was from start to finish. The company also offers flexible timings, which is a great perk and adds to the overall positive experience.
