Pros

Great health benefits and generous PTO.

Cons

As a fish rots from the head, so it is here with an incompetent leadership team that can't plan or execute. Constant feuding and finger pointing at the top but no accountability and no change. The company is not goverend as a meritocracy and favoritism is the reason incompetent people hold senior positions. This is also the reason why it is not clear what half the leadership team actually does.

Nice people but no direction

Pros

Nice coworkers Free health care Flexible working Tuition reimbursement Free lunches and learning opportunities

Cons

No vision, no goals, no job definitions means no one knows what they're supposed to be doing. One executive feeds on the anxiety of his team, assigning pointless jobs at 10pm, talking badly about everyone and pointing fingers constantly. Changing objectives means bonuses are never paid out. Every week there is a new solution presented that will "fix everything" but it just leads to more confusion.
