Pros
Stable job, free work clothing, partial travel reimbursement (its really low though), good opportunities if you like to lick boots, generally easy tasks, clear guidelines and tasks.
Cons
Boring, mediocre salary, bad job conditions, no improvement in job conditions, incompetent people in leadership positions, extremely slow advancement through the ranks (if you are not willing to lick boots), extreme bureaucracy, incredibly tedious processes, meaningless tasks just for the sake of it.
