Pros

Arcade , vending machines.... that's about it.

Cons

Very unstable employment constantly feeling on edge. Everybody is afraid of losing their job everyday. It certainly didn't feel as if management cared about tech support. Very linear path in career growth . You will not learn great tech support you will learn Revention software and other POS systems. You will feel stagnant and there is not allot to grow on. The process of studying for their exams to go on to the next level is ludicrous not well defined and not well thought out. Toxic work environment some serious change is needed. Toxic employees fell under the radar too many times.

Pros

Great people from the bottom of the totem pole.

Cons

Soon as you go up that totem pole the negativity and toxicity increase 10 fold. C-Level execs have exchanged hands 7 times in the past half a year, ceo has changed twice. All of them are buds hired by Greg Davis now. All of them run the ship by reducing every department by 80% and then telling everyone if they dont do their job right they will be apart of that 80%. Company won't hire/change product for the better but instead focuses on bringing the "up and new" which causes more issues and creats a volatile work environment for the rest of the company trying to maintain a good image. Do NOT work for this company till you do not see the names "Greg Davis", "Matthew Winchester" and their new CEO Mike Jerich no longer there. They do nothing but breed toxicity and using firing as a tool for "good productivity"

Pros

Free arcade and game room. There is a fancy coffee machine. They will hire anyone.

Cons

Turnover is the worst I have ever seen. Most people I met left within four months. Management is confused and contradict each other and themselves. Micromanaging is a huge problem. Favoritism and nepotism everywhere. Pay is low for all the work you do.
