      Pros

      Hungerford talks the talk and walks the walk. What you see is what you get. Every interaction you have with a Staff member at Hungerford is a positive one and this company is truly what they say they are! Strong values as an organization. This is the best company I have ever worked for. There is so much trust and support within the whole organization. The firm is always considering employee ideas and wanting to improve and grow. I feel valued here.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. More mid-sized firm so the salary does reflect that compared to a bigger firm, but I am fairly happy with benefits and salary. The work/life balance and flexibility are second to none.

      Pros

      Access to leadership team via their open door policy. Work-life balance is incredible. Great place to grow and feel like you can bring your whole self to the team.

      Cons

      None -- this has been a great place to work for well over a decade!
